One Young World has joined forces with long standing partner Deloitte to raise the voices of young leaders at the World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting in Davos-Klosters 2020.
About Davos
WEF brings together more than 3,000 participants from around the world, with an aim to assist governments and international institutions in tracking progress towards the Paris Agreement and meeting the Sustainable Development Goals in line with the 2030 Agenda.
Those set to take to the WEF stage this year include Climate and Environmental Activist, Great Thunberg, United Nations Undersecretary General, Winne Byanyima and President of the European Central Bank, Christine Lagarde.
One Young World Managing Director, Ella Robertson, will speak on a panel exploring the purpose of value driven leadership, alongside One Young World Ambassadors Emma Bell and Megan Doekper.
Raising the Voices of Our Young Leaders
During the tenth annual One Young World Summit in London, Deloitte met with over young leaders to ask: If you were to create an RFP for the future, what would be in it?
Quotes and portraits of these One Young World Delegates will be displayed front and centre at Davos, in full view of the world's top academies, politicians, business and civil society leaders as they address the most pressing issues on the global agenda.
Deloitte will also release their third annual global Readiness Report, examining the intersection of readiness and responsibility of leaders in balancing the transition to Industry 4.0: The Fourth Industrial Revolution. The research surveyed more than 2,000 C-level executives across 19 countries on their approach to four key areas critical to industry 4.0; strategy, societal impact, talent and technology.
