Vincent Egunlae
Co-founder of The Open Private School and the first Ethnicity Network
In his first year at Grant Thornton, one of the world's largest accounting firms, Vincent Egunlae co-founded the first Ethnicity Network, which aims to reduce the ethnicity pay gap and increase representation at the top level. The network now comprises 550+ members and is the firm's largest employee network. Egunlae is also on GT’s Inclusion Advisory board, which advises the Strategic Leadership Team on operational and strategic decisions. He is the co-founder of The Open Private School, a charity which aims to provide state-school educated students with some of the intangible benefits of a private education by matching elite mentors with young adults from state-school backgrounds, and providing succour through workshops and an alumni network. Additionally, Egunlae is a project lead within the FinBiz 2030 Taskforce, aiming to unite the finance and business community to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.
