Join us Saturday 12th of March for the first One Young World University of Cambridge Caucus. The in-person event will welcome a variety of participants including students, academics and business leaders. The event will focus on a set of UN Sustainable Development Goals chosen by the Caucus committee and students within the University.
About the Caucus
The Caucus will consist of Keynote Speeches, Panel Discussions, and Interactive Workshops where participants are given the chance to listen to, debate and interact with experienced local leaders, senior members of the university and change-makers.
We aim to establish a strong One Young World community with change-makers across the University, providing students with an engaging platform to collaborate and take meaningful actions to solve challenges we face in the community, and around the world. These actions may include, but are not limited to: research, volunteer projects, entrepreneurial initiatives and campaigns.
Post-Caucus, the OYW Cambridge Caucus team will serve as a think-tank or accelerator hub for young change-makers within Cambridge to have real-life positive social impact.
More information about the speakers will be released soon.
